The question was posed to me by one of my Twitter followers, who asked: “Which Marvel Universe project is going the best?”
I thought it might be a good idea to answer this question for everyone, so here goes: Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Homecoming will be the most anticipated film of 2019.
It’s not hard to see why.
The film will open in theaters on November 5, 2019, which is just under two months after its release date.
And if you’re not familiar with the story of Spider-Verse, you can watch the trailer below.
Homecoming is a reboot of the Spider-Men comics.
It’s set in the 1970s, where the Peter Parker/Spider-Man superhero is on the run from a series of criminals, and is recruited by a mysterious former superhero known as Mysterio to help the hero fight crime.
The movie stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Michael Keaton as Peter’s younger brother Ben, and newcomer Zendaya as Aunt June.
It will be released on July 6, 2019.
(Spider-Woman, due in theaters in 2019, will also hit theaters in 2018.)
The other big Marvel property to come out in 2019 is The Avengers: Infinity War Part 1.
This Marvel Cinematic Universe movie will be directed by Joe Johnston, with Jon Favreau and Anthony and Joe Russo returning to the project.
Infinity War is set to open on May 4, 2019 in the Marvel Cinemagic Universe.
The movie will have a $1.8 billion budget, and it will also feature the first solo Black Widow movie.
Marvel’s The Avengers has become a box office success, so it’s not surprising that this one will be on the same level.
However, the big question I have is: What Marvel Studios movie will win?
The Avengers, as it turns out, is not the best film in the MCU.
It was a pretty disappointing movie to start with, but the team of superheroes and villains has evolved over the years.
However, The Avengers is the one film that the Marvel Studios films have all been attached to at the very least.
For 2019, the films that Marvel Studios have been attached at least to a film in 2019 are The Avengers 2, Ant-Man, The Jungle Book, Captain America: Civil War, and Doctor Strange.
And as you can see, none of them have been released.
So what should you be looking out for in 2019 if you want to see the Marvel movies do well?
First and foremost, don’t expect the Marvel films to be good.
Second, the film has to be released by May.
And lastly, the MCUs film is not an exact match for the Marvel properties film.
You don’t want to expect the film to be a reboot, but you do want to make sure you’re looking at the right MCU film.
In 2018, Captain Marvel was released to pretty mixed reviews, but it made more money than any other Marvel film and earned $2.5 billion worldwide.
This is a great film, and you can check out the trailer for it below.
